Our students and graduates that are active members are invited to join these and other events as part of their membership. If you're not either, you can come as our one-time guest (see button below), buy a guest pass, or purchase a membership to have unlimited access to our Case Reviews and other member benefits. If you are considering enrolling as a new student or re-certifying with us, watch for an email following the case review that will allow you to apply your guest fees to your enrollment.

Before each call, we look at the submissions from our registered guests and we'll identify at least one case to discuss. We'll hear from the provider that submitted, learning some basic facts and the care history, and our Board Certified Lactation Consultants/Senior Mentors will facilitate a discussion, applying the Compass of Mindful Caregiving as a tool for inquiry and insights. If we don't have a submission for that particular call, we'll use our time to discuss common questions or challenges that come up for lactation professionals/postpartum doulas/home visiting providers or to otherwise offer mentoring and guidance.

These discussions are created by our community. Your participation is an important part of the richness of the conversation. Please try to keep your commitment, or let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.

There are no refunds for Case Reviews unless we have to cancel on our end. If you miss, we will allow you 60 days to use your registration for another session or you can apply your credit to an enrollment into our First Year Specialist/Postpartum Doula Certification Course.

Within this program, you'll see that there are Guidelines for protecting the identity and privacy of your clients, their health care team, and other involved parties while providing a forum for providers, who often work in isolation, to learn and to grow. You are expected to read these carefully and to follow all expectations.
